About us

Southport is home to over 650 young people – both Boys and Girls, from the age of six enjoying life-changing adventure every week.

Our members gain valuable skills for life including teamwork, leadership, planning and self-motivation. Our balanced programme of badges and activities also help our members gain cultural awareness and develop a positive outlook. We help young people become the best citizen they can be, show them what they can do and even help them change the world.

Southport Scouts aims to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We aim to make a positive impact in our communities, prepare young people to be active citizens and embrace and contribute to wider social development.

Put your phone down and what are you left with? Just teamwork, courage and the skills to succeed.’
